We respect the creative work, privacy, and interests of our clients and guests.

Any specific allocation of project risks or responsibilities must be fair, lawful, and clearly disclosed before it becomes binding.
18. Events Beyond Our Control
ABIMS Media Studio may be affected by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, major power disruptions, governmental restrictions, or other serious unforeseen events.
If such circumstances prevent us from delivering an agreed service, we will notify affected clients when reasonably possible and discuss rescheduling, cancellation, or other appropriate remedies.
Any refund or cancellation arrangements remain subject to applicable law.
19. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our services, business operations, or legal requirements.
Updated Terms will be published on our website with a revised effective date.

We encourage website visitors to review this page periodically.

If a disagreement arises concerning our website or services, we encourage clients to contact us first so that we can attempt to resolve it fairly.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may pursue the remedies available under applicable law through the appropriate courts or consumer-protection authorities.
Nothing in these Terms restricts access to remedies or regulatory complaints that are protected by law.
